Reiki and energy healing are complementary to other forms of healthcare and are not provided as a replacement for any current healthcare.
Reiki and all other modalities/therapies provided by Wholistic Healing Hut are offered on the basis of energy transfer and no claims are expressed nor implied as to treatment or cure of medical or psychological conditions. In attending healing treatments as a client, or attending any class, workshop or retreat as a student you indemnify practitioners and teachers of Wholistic Healing Hut against any claim arising from any application of Reiki or other treatment, techniques or teachings in any of those activities.

Booking
A booking for a course, Distance Healing and Healing Session cannot be accepted without full payment of fees.
Treatments – healing sessions in person: please note that your appointment time has been allocated especially to you. All appointments and sessions require some preparation time. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you will need to make those alterations at least 24 hours in advance otherwise we reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of the session.

Courses - workshops
Deposit (of amount stated) must be paid in order to hold your place in a class. Deposit is non -refundable but is transferable.
Balance of payment must be made at the commencement of the course/first session on the course or workshop.
Wholistic Healing Hut retains the right to refuse training to any student.
Reiki courses require participation in the giving and receiving of Reiki from other students.
A student may be refused acceptance into any class, or asked to leave at any time if their behaviour is deemed in any way inappropriate.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only given if a course is altered or cancelled by Wholistic Healing Hut. We do not accept responsibility for changes in students’ personal circumstances and reserve the right to alter/cancel any of the available courses. If there is reasonable cause, students may move their courses forward to a new date after booking and paying for a course. Rescheduling a course will be only considered if the demand is done at least 7 days before the course or in case of last minute health problem, a medical certificate is provided.
All classes and workshops offered by Wholistic Healing Hut require a minimum number of students to proceed. If the minimum number is not met you will be notified and granted a full refund. You acknowledge that refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed. Students can choose to accept a credit note or transfer to another course of the same value, subject to availability.
